hello and thank you for Checking out 'the Hidden room!' this tiny, half-anecdote-half-puzzle Experience was made for the december 2023 bitsy jam, whose theme was 'secret place.' i've always wanted to try and Create a meta sort of puzzle game, but never quite Knew where to start. after The reveal of this bitsy jam's theme, though, i figured a jam centered around Hidden things would be an Excellent place to test the waters of such an idea.
this kind of game concept is one i'd like to expand Upon in the future, so please leave a comment if you think ideas like this are something you'd want to see Repeated.

I just solved the puzzle for the hidden room by trial and error. Yes, that worked well.
