Roy McCoy cannot ice skate. This fact is mildly upsetting to him, so he has decided to take his frustration out on those superior at the sport by lobbing snowballs at them.

Controls:

Use the Up and Down arrow keys to move forward and backward
Use the Left and Right arrow keys to turn
Use the Spacebar to throw a snowball

Only one snowball can be on screen at a time. Points come over time by surviving and by hitting people with snowballs. Good luck, and thanks for playing!

Similar to how many of the past games on this page have been recreations of simple arcade games, this one is a minor twist on the game Asteroids made in Game Maker Studio. With all the recent controversy surrounding Unity, I thought now would be as good a time as ever to experiment with Game Maker, and since the engine comes packed with a quick tutorial on how to make a clone of Asteroids, something like this was more or less an inevitability.

The game is short and intentionally controls in an annoying fashion, but I hope you find it fun or interesting regardless! Either way, as always, thanks for playing!
