A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

This game was originally posted here on December 1st 2019 for the University of California Irvine's Video Game Development Club, however all future updates/bug fixes will occur on this page.

As the world's newest Barista, Max, you will make coffee, meet new customers, and maybe even help a friend find love in this interactive Visual Novel, featuring gameplay inspired by VA-11 HALL-A. Who knows what will happen? Might even see an old friend.

Playable on windows, mac, and linux, so now everyone can kick back, brew up a warm drink, and work a minimum wage job, just like you always wanted!

Install instructions

For PC, simply download the ZIP file for your operating system, extract it, and run the exe within, then sit back with a hot drink and enjoy! No seriously, the game won't run unless you have a coffee or a hot drink of some kind, no idea why.

So I've decide to make a lets play walkthrough of the game, you can check it out here at my Channel! Here's part 1:

Thank you so much for making a walkthrough! At the moment I don't have any real social media other than itch, so just linking that would be perfect!

I didn't get any notification from Itch Io of the reply, and okay then I've link the game!

I've finished playing the entirety of the game and I must say I fricking love the game! Shocks me that it ends so quickly. Would like to play another game made you made sometimes.

I’m so glad you enjoyed it!

There’s more to come, so I hope you enjoy playing those as well!

Hey there Phil! I've record your game and planning to post it on YouTube, may I have your Social Media account so I can tag you in the description?
